This weeks topic was about connecting your brain to your food, with our Behavior Health Specialist, Michelle. Attached below are handouts regarding the Hunger Scale and Mindless Eating. When using the Hunger Scale, you have to get more in touch with your feeling of hunger. On the scale, you want to stop eating at a Level 5. By stopping at 5, you will hopefully avoid eating mindlessly. The other handout invovles Mindless Eating, tricks to avoid eating when you are not hungry. Set 3 goals this week. A Mood, Food, and Move goal. Write the goal down and put it in a place you will look every day. This will keep up the motivation!!!
